The Challenge
The startup had a maritime container tracking product that was not functioning correctly and had already spent too much money trying to reach the proposed goal. They had a strong know-how of the business but lacked a technological partner to support them.
The Solution
We became the company's CTO and carried out a complete product reengineering. We led the development and not only met expectations but exceeded them, adding satellite geopositioning and AI predictive algorithms, and launching the product into the market, which finally began to be successfully commercialized.
We continue to serve as the company's CTO to this day.
